Max Stewart

Max Stewart will be playing “Mike” in Good Roomies Episode 1.

Max is a professional theater actor with a strong background in ensemble-driven comedy. He is best known for his performance in Noises Off at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, where he portrayed Tim Allgood, the overworked stage manager at the center of the play’s backstage chaos.

His performance drew praise from the Chicago Tribune for anchoring the show’s escalating chaos with clarity and control, showcasing sharp comedic timing, physical precision, and a grounded presence amid the farce.

In addition to his stage work, Max is trained in improvisation as a member of The Groundlings, bringing a fast, instinctive comedic sensibility to both scripted and unscripted work.
